At (US) Haircare, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

For orders under $50, standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Free Shipping: 3–7 business days on orders over $50

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated immediately, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to reflect the latest information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
